1. Corporate Compliance Framework｜企業合規架構

Headquartered in Hong Kong, the Company operates globally in fine chemicals, laboratory chemicals, cosmetic raw materials, nutritional raw materials and nutraceutical products. We establish a full-chain global compliance system in strict accordance with Hong Kong laws, international regulatory conventions and global industrial standards, covering research, production, distribution, cross-border trade and supply chain management, to ensure all business operations are legal, transparent and sustainable.

本公司總部設於香港，環球營運精細化學品、實驗室化學品、化妝品原料、營養原料及營養保健品業務。本公司依據香港法例、國際監管公約及全球行業標準，建立全鏈路環球合規管理體系，覆蓋研發、生產、銷售、跨境貿易及供應鏈管理，確保所有業務合法、透明、穩健可持續營運。

2. Applicable Laws & International Standards｜適用法例及國際規範

The Company fully complies with Hong Kong regulatory ordinances, including the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance, and Independent Commission Against Corruption Ordinance. We also adhere to worldwide standards including REACH, TSCA, GHS, CLP, FDA, EFSA, GMP, GDPR, AML/CFT, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, United Nations Narcotics Conventions, Psychotropic Substances Control Conventions and the complete WADA World Anti-Doping Code. All international trade sanctions, data protection, environmental and product safety regulations are strictly observed.

本公司全面遵守香港《危險品條例》《藥劑業及毒藥條例》《打擊洗黑錢及恐怖分子資金籌集條例》《廉政公署條例》，同時嚴格遵循REACH、TSCA、GHS、CLP、FDA、歐洲食品安全規範、GMP、GDPR、國際反洗黑錢及反恐融資規則、美國反海外腐敗法、英國反賄賂法、聯合國麻醉品公約、精神藥物管制公約及完整WADA世界反興奮劑條例，並恪守全球貿易制裁、數據私隱、環保及產品安全監管規定。

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Prohibited Substances｜違禁物質零容忍政策

The Company implements an absolute global zero-tolerance policy against illegal drugs, narcotics, non-narcotic prohibited substances, psychotropic substances, controlled chemical precursors, illegal stimulants, anabolic agents and all doping substances listed in the WADA Prohibited List. Any act involving illegal synthesis, chemical diversion, trafficking, narcotic misuse, non-narcotic substance abuse, psychotropic abuse, stimulant abuse and sports doping violations is strictly prohibited.

本公司對非法藥物、麻醉品、非麻醉類違禁物質、精神藥物、受管制化學前體、非法興奮劑、合成代謝物質及WADA禁用清單內所有興奮劑物質實施全球絕對零容忍政策。嚴禁一切非法合成、物質分流、販運、濫用麻醉品、濫用非麻醉違禁物質、濫用精神藥物、濫用興奮劑及體育賽事違規用藥之行為。

4. Authorized End-Use Only｜產品用途規範

All products provided by the Company are strictly limited to legitimate industrial manufacturing, commercial formula development, industrial processing and authorized institutional scientific research. Personal consumption, self-medication, household usage, private testing and all non-commercial personal applications are globally prohibited.

本公司所有產品僅授權用於合法工業生產、商業配方研發、工業加工及經認可機構之科學研究。嚴禁個人服食、自行用藥、家居使用、私人測試及所有非商業性個人用途。

5. Supply Chain & Cross-Border Compliance｜供應鏈與跨境貿易合規

The Company enforces strict Customer Due Diligence (CDD), real-time end-use verification, full supply chain screening and complete batch traceability throughout global business operations. Unauthorised resale, transfer, diversion and re-export to unqualified parties, high-risk jurisdictions and sanctioned entities are strictly forbidden.

本公司於全球業務中嚴格執行客戶盡職審查（CDD）、實時終端用途核驗、全供應鏈風險筛查及完整批次溯源管理。嚴禁未經授權轉售、轉讓、產品分流，以及向無資格商戶、高風險地區及受制裁機構再出口。

6. Financial Integrity & Anti-Corruption｜財務誠信與反貪腐

All cross-border transactions comply with global anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and international trade sanction requirements. The Company strictly prohibits bribery, illegal rebates, hidden commissions, fraud and any improper commercial conduct to maintain clean and standardized global trade operations.

本公司所有跨境交易均符合國際反洗黑錢、反恐融資及環球貿易制裁規範。嚴禁商業賄賂、非法回佣、隱性佣金、商業欺詐及一切不當商業行為，維持廉潔、規範之全球貿易體系。

7. Internal Governance & Continuous Compliance｜內部管治與持續合規

The Company conducts regular internal compliance audits, external regulatory reviews and employee compliance training. Any violation of this global compliance policy will result in internal disciplinary measures, business restriction, regulatory disclosure and full legal liability assumption by the responsible party.

本公司定期開展內部合規審計、外部監管核查及員工合規培訓，維持持續、穩定、標準化的全球合規營運體系。任何違反本環球合規聲明之行為，將予以內部紀律處分、業務限制、監管呈報，並由違規方承擔全部法律責任。
